Design & Consultation

Our company is committed to providing our clients with a finished project that meets their needs in terms of function, cost, timeliness, and beauty. We take the time necessary to meet with leaders or committees to discuss your needs in detail. We help you discover what is useful or functional or pleasing in your present space and what changes might make it work better.

John Athey spent many, many hours with the committee and went far beyond the call of duty in helping us define our goals and come to reasonable conclusions… He got his work done on time and within the budgeted cost to us.

— JoAnn Swihart, Client Representative First Presbyterian Church, Murrysville PA

Because we work in churches every day, we are familiar with the common issues most churches face, such as the need for more useable space and storage, the renovation of outdated or unusable space, better access to various areas of the church including ADA accessibility, better lighting, sound, and audio visual equipment, updated electrical and heating/air conditioning systems, preservation of historic elements and artwork, etc. Where no architect or engineer is required we can help you to develop design improvements and provide layouts and illustrations in order to help you visualize your project. If you require a more extensive structural modification of your space, we bring engineering and architectural services to the project as well.
